Have you purchased Cal tickets on-line before?
If so, you will need your customer number or email address and password to log into your account. Click Here to Sign In and fill out your football season ticket renewal.
Never signed up on-line before?
You must register (see instructions below) using your customer number and PIN, this can be found at the bottom of the football renewal mailer, which you should have received already. Your customer number and PIN are on the left side of the mailer.
If you do not have your customer number and PIN, or need help of any kind, please call (800) GO BEARS (462-3277) for assistance. Please do not create a new account. You must order using your existing account to maintain season ticket and donation priority.
Never ordered online before?
If you have never registered before, Click Here To Link Your Account. Enter your customer number and PIN. (If the 4 digit number at the bottom of your letter is XXXX, you are already registered and should proceed to the Returning Online Customer box). Continue to the next step.
Ordered tickets online before?
If you have registered before, on the Sign In Page go to the Returning Online Customers box and log in using your customer number (or email address that you used to create your account) and password.
If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and the system will email your password on file.
When you have successfully logged in, a welcome message with your name will be displayed in the upper left corner and you will be on your master account page.
If you do not see your name or receive an error message, please call (800) GO BEARS (462-3277) for assistance. You must order using your existing account to maintain season ticket and donation priority. Do not create a new account.
Click on your 2010 Football Renewal Application and complete your season ticket renewal.
Need to make changes or additions to your renewal?
When renewing on-line you will be able to change your order for the coming season: request additional seats or purchase an additional parking pass, subject to availability.
In addition, you may make a donation to our Department's Development Fund (Bear Backers). You may also wish to increase your donation level in order to improve your ticket seating location and parking lot assignment.
Special Preferences
In the renewal process you will find a place to provide us with your special requests and needs for seating and parking. We encourage you to let us know about these issues. We will review each request, and, if possible, accommodate your preferences.
Please be aware, however, that seating and parking assignments are subject to priority points, and are also a function of Bear Backer donation status. Parking assignments will also depend on the location of lots and the number of spaces within each lot, assigned by the University's Parking and Transportation Office.
GoldZone and BlueZone Season Tickets
The GoldZone and BlueZone are now RESERVED seating. Since the GoldZone SOLD OUT the last three seasons, additional requests for season ticket plans in this area are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Seat locations in the GoldZone and BlueZone will be determined by priority points.
The important thing is to be sure to renew your GoldZone or BlueZone season tickets no later than the deadline of Thursday, April 8, 2010. After the deadline new requests for GoldZone tickets will be filled from any that have not been renewed. If for any reason your new request for GoldZone season tickets cannot be filled you will be contacted before you are placed in the BlueZone for 2010.

We can guarantee your same seats if you order by this date and meet the necessary minimum donation level for your seating location. In addition, if you are sitting in donor seating, please note that Bear Backer donations are due Thursday, April 8, 2010.
Seat Location Upgrades
If you currently sit in a non-donor section, and would like to learn how to improve your seating location, please review the donation information available here. Due to the increased demand for season tickets, all season ticket plans not renewed by Thursday, April 8, 2010 will be subject to cancellation.

The Cal Athletic Ticket Office will be available to receive your phone calls during the renewal period, however due to the volume of calls, you may experience a delay. Therefore, we encourage you to renew your season tickets over the Internet. On-line transactions are secure and you will be able to notify the Cal Athletic Ticket Office of special seating requests when you place your order.
Please note that any requests for seating changes and additional seating will be fulfilled based on season ticket & Bear Backer priority.
