Cal did not have any former players selected on the second day of the 2010 NFL Draft on Friday when the second and third rounds were conducted at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The final four rounds of the seven-round event will take place on Saturday beginning at 7:00 a.m. PT.
NFL.com lists wide receiver Nyan Boateng, offensive tackle Mike Tepper, cornerback Syd'Quan Thompson and wide receiver Verran Tucker as Cal's remaining prospects. But other 2009 seniors with ambitions of playing football professionally include linebacker Desmond Bishop, safety Marcus Ezeff, fullback Brian Holley, safety Brett Johnson, offensive linemen Chet Teofilo and linebacker Eddie Young.
