Morganti enters her fourth year as baseball's Director of Operations and 12th year at Cal for the 2016-17 season. In addition to her baseball duties, the Pacifica, Calif. native also works as the Director of Operations for women's tennis, as well as men's swimming and diving, while handling all championships on campus as the Golden Bears' Director of Championships. 

Morganti graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1997 with a BA in communications, with an emphasis in public relations. She earned her Master's degree in sports management from the University of San Francisco in 2000.
