Fall 2024: Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team and the ACC All-Academic Team…started 13 of 16 games played…SJSU transfer produced two goals, two assists and six points in his first year as a Bear…ranked fifth in points for Cal…his first goal as a Bear came in a 1-1 tie against Virginia at Edwards Stadium…in a 3-3 tie against Louisville in Berkeley, he assisted on Cal’s first goal by Arik Duncan and scored the Bears’ final goal…assisted on a goal by Nonso Adimabua in a 4-2 win over Saint Mary’s at Edwards.
 
Personal/Previous: Political economy major…played his first two college seasons at San Jose State…Nishimura was named to the 2023 All-WAC Second Team and to the 2022 All-WAC Freshman Team…tallied three goals and six assists for the Spartans is 2023…played three seasons for Sanfrecce Hiroshima FC Youth in Japan.
