Frum is in his second season as a junior at Cal in 2017 after not playing in his first campaign with the Golden Bears in 2016. Frum transferred to Cal after a single season as a 2015 redshirt freshman at Moorpark College where he was successful on all 110 of his snaps – 62-of-62 punts, 38-of-38 PAT, 10-of-10 field goals – as the starting long snapper and also picked up a pair of tackles. Frum began his collegiate career with one season at Utah State as a 2014 true freshman after being a five-star recruit and the nation’s No. 10 snapper in the 2014 recruiting class according to Rubio Longsnapping. He was also a first-team selection to the All-Ventura County team as a 2013 prep senior and a four-year scholar-athlete.
