Coprich spent four seasons at Cal before graduating in December of 2015 with a bachelor's degree in legal studies before later playing as a graduate transfer at East Carolina in 2016 and Dixie State in 2017. Coprich played in 17 games off the bench at Cal with all of his action coming during his 2013 redshirt freshman and 2015 sophomore campaigns while he missed two seasons in 2012 and 2014 due to injury. He finished his Cal career with 205 yards rushing and two scores on the ground over 54 carries while adding nine receptions for 74 yards for a total of 279 all-purpose yards. He also had four tackles and one forced fumble on special teams. In addition, Coprich was an inspiring story off the field highlighted by his selection to the 2014 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team® and earning the team's Ted Agu Award given to a player demonstrating a commitment to community service as a 2015 sophomore.

• Finished his Cal career with 205 yards rushing and two scores on the ground over 54 carries while adding nine receptions for 74 yards for a total of 279 all-purpose yards, as well as four tackles and one forced fumble on special teams
• Registered career highs of 156 yards rushing and 40 carries as a redshirt freshman while his five receptions and 51 yards receiving, as well as his four tackles and one forced fumble as a sophomore were career bests, with his one rushing touchdown each season equaling a career high
• Rushed for a career-high 55 yards on 10 carries as a redshirt freshman vs. USC while adding another reception for seven yards to total a career-high 62 all-purpose yards
• Rushed a career-high 14 times for 51 yards and scored the first of his two collegiate rushing touchdowns on a career-high 14 carries at Oregon as a redshirt freshman

• Traveled to the 2015 College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl to be recognized at halftime and participate in a community service project prior to the contest as one of 22 players across all levels of football and one of 11 from the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision to earn a spot on the roster of the 2014 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team®, a prestigious off-the-field honor that recognizes dedication to community service by paying tribute to a select group of student-athletes who have worked positively to impact the lives of others
• Presented with his Allstate AFCA Good Works Team® trophy in a surprise ceremony in front of his Cal teammates following a team practice on November 18

• Also had 25 tackles, two interceptions that he returned for touchdowns of 80 and 72 yards, three passes defended, and one fumble recovery that he returned 35 yards for a score on defense as a senior, while on special teams returned seven kicks for 164 yards

• Parents are father Jeffrey J. Coprich Sr., stepmother Danielle D. Coprich and mother Shantal House Baker
• Was one of Cal’s most active participants in community service who was especially inspired by a tragedy during his childhood on his third birthday in 1996 when his seven-year-old sister, Essence, lost her life in a car accident that he survived
• Shortly after his sister’s passing along with help from his family founded the Essence K. Coprich Book Club in honor of Essence that was started in conjunction with the I Am Foundation (iamfoundation.org) at 116th Elementary School in the Watts area of Los Angeles
• Has had the story of his efforts with the Essence K. Coprich Book Club told by multiple media outlets
• Has dedicated his entire football playing career to his grandmother Hattie B. Jeter-Coprich (dad’s mother) who is in a fight against breast cancer with the hope that she will be able to see him play in person
