Wilson returned to the course for Cal when he played in a pair of events in the fall of 2016 after not participating during the 2015-16 season. Wilson saw his most action at Cal in the spring of 2015 when he played in eight of his 10 career events and showed tremendous potential with a pair of top-20 finishes including a team-best tied for 11th-place showing at the prestigious Southern Highland Collegiate Masters against one of the top fields in college golf.
