• A three-sport standout in football, basketball and track and field
• Earned first-team All-West Alameda County Conference honors as a 2017 senior on a team that reached the Division III North Coast Section semifinals, finished 9-3 overall and was 4-0 in conference play to win the WACC’s Foothill Division
• Helped his 2016 junior team to a Division 5-AA California State title as well as North Coast Section and WACC Football Division crowns on the way to a 15-1 overall record
• Helped his senior squad average 380.6 yards of total offense per game including 214.9 on the ground while his junior team averaged 329.6 yards per game of total offense and an average of 189.2 on the ground
• Helped pave the way during his junior and senior campaigns for running back Austin Jones to rush for a combined 3408 yards and 49 scores on the ground
• Played his final two varsity seasons for head coach Napoleon Kaufman, who spent six seasons in the NFL with the Oakland Raiders (1995-2000) after playing his collegiate career at Washington (1991-94)
• Played basketball throughout his prep career, helping his 2014-15 freshman squad to a CIF Open Division California state title, his 2015-16 sophomore team to a NorCal runner up finish and his 2016-17 junior squad to a No. 15 state ranking
• Won the WACC title in the shot put as a 2017 junior after being a league finalist in his 2016 sophomore campaign
• Wore No. 74 in football and No. 32 in basketball
