Enwere played in 43 games with five starts during his four seasons at Cal from 2014-17 and rushed for 1411 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground that were one shy of the school's all-time top-10 list over 302 all-time carries, while adding 18 rushes for 96 yards for a total of 1,507 all-purpose yards. Enwere had his biggest campaign at Cal as a 2015 sophomore when he played in all 13 games with the first three starts of his career and led the Golden Bears with a career-high eight rushing touchdowns while also finishing with a career-high 505 yards on the ground to rank second on the club on a team-high 106 carries.

Junior (2016)
• Played in six games off the bench before suffering a season-ending injury in the sixth game of the campaign at Oregon State and was tied for third on the squad with 61 rushing attempts and 336 yards, while his two rushing touchdowns were tied for third
• Led the team's primary three ball carries and ranked third overall on the team with an average of 5.5 yards per rush
• Totaled 346 all-purpose yards, adding another 10 yards on four receptions
• Registered career highs and team game-highs of 18 rushes and 110 rushing yards, as well as a career-high-tying two touchdowns on the ground and a career-long 54-yard rush in a win over Texas while also adding one reception for a season-long four yards to total another career-best with 114 all-purpose yards

• One of three Cal running backs to rush for over 500 yards on the season as the Golden Bears became the first college football team in recorded history to have six receivers with 40 or more catches and three rushers with 500 or more rushing yards

• Played for the West team in the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl following his senior season and shared game MVP honors with fellow Cal teammate Luke Rubenzer contributing both a rushing and throwing touchdown, running for 42-yard score and throwing a 46-yard touchdown on a trick play while finishing with 115 rushing yards rushing on six carries in a 41-7 West victory at AT&T Stadium
• District Offensive MVP as a senior when he rushed for a single-season school-record 1,582 yards and 25 touchdowns, while posting over 2,300 all-purpose yards and breaking another single-season school mark with 34 overall touchdowns including eight receptions for 173 yards and three scores, as his team was 6-6 overall and 5-2 in 5A Region III District 23 games to reach the second round of the 5A DI state playoffs
