2024: Finished 13th in the discus qualifier at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials with a mark of 56.95m (186-10)… appeared in seven outdoor meets for Cal… at the NCAA West Preliminary, threw the discus 50.98m (167-3)… went into the NCAA West Preliminary as the nation’s No. 9 discus thrower… placed second in the discus at the Pac-12 Championships with a throw of 59.47m (195-1)… won the discus competition at the 129th Big Meet with a personal-best throw of 59.60m (195-6), second farthest in program history, and also won the hammer with a toss of 60.47m (198-5)… at the Mt. SAC Relays, threw the discus 58.59m (192-3)… posted a discus mark of 58.52m (192-0) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

2022 (Outdoor): Appeared in nine meets for Cal… posted a discus throw of 54.97m (180-4) at the NCAA West Preliminary… threw the 16th-best discus mark in the nation (and second-best in Cal history) at the Pac-12 Championships, recording a distance of 57.26m (187-10) that was good for second place… won the discus competition at the Big Meet with her throw of 55.80m (183-1)… won the discus throw at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, posting a mark of 54.11m (177-6)… at the Aztec Invitational, defeated all other discus throwers with her distance of 56.38m (185-0)… won the discus competition at the Cal Opener, throwing 56.67m (185-11).
2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… threw the weight 16.51m (54-2) at the Pac-12 Invitational… set a personal record in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational with a heave of 17.71m (58-1.25), 10th-farthest in Cal history.
2021 (Outdoor): Appeared in eight meets for the Bears… posted the Pac-12’s eighth-best mark of the season in the hammer throw at the NCAA West Region Preliminaries, beating her old personal record by 5.5 feet with a heave of 61.21m (200-10)… set a new personal record of 28.20m (92-6) in the javelin throw at the Big Meet… at the Cal-USC Dual, threw the hammer 59.57m (195-5)… claimed the conference’s seventh-best mark of the season in the discus throw at the Stanford Invitational, throwing a second-place (and personal-best) 52.21m (171-3)… took first place in the hammer throw at the Aztec Invitational with her mark of 56.39m (185-0)… at the Cal-Sac State Dual, took first place in the discus throw (51.71m/169-8) and second place in the hammer throw (56.88m/186-7)… U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic.
2021 (Indoor): Competed in two meets… finished third in the weight throw with a personal-best toss of 16.53m (54-2.75) at the Air Force Collegiate Open.
2020: Appeared in one outdoor meet for Cal… placed first in the discus throw (49.32m/161-10) and the hammer throw (52.89m/173-6).
HIGH SCHOOL: 2019 Mother Lode League (MLL) Shot Put Champion… competed in the discus throw at that year’s Arcadia Invitational… ranked 12th in the discus throw in the State of California as a junior… 2018 Calaveras High School Female Athlete of the Year… reached the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Track & Field Championships that year, competing in the discus throw… finished third in the discus throw at the 2018 CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Meet after winning the event at the MLL Championships… finished first in the shot put and third in the discus throw at the 2017 Sac-Joaquin Section Division V Trials… 2017 MLL Shot Put and Discus Throw Champion… 2016 MLL Shot Put Champion.
