TRACK & FIELD
2018: In his last career race, recorded a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:48.93 as he took 14th at the Pac-12 Championship... Took second in the 800m at the Cardinal Classic with a time of 1:54.75... Recorded a personal best in the 800m at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational with a time of 1:52.85... Helped the DMR team to a third-place finish at the MPSF Championship with a time of 9:49.97.

2017: Took 18th at the MPSF Indoor Championship with a time of 4:12.10 in the mile...Part of the distance medley relay team which won the competition at the 2017 Husky Classic as they posted a time of 9:54.82... Notched a 10th place finish in the Pac-12 vs. Big-10 Invitational with a 1500m mark of 3:54.54...Notched top-five finishes at the Big Meet, Kansas Relays and the Brutus Hamilton Open in the 1500m... Placed 14th at the Pac-12 Championship with a season-best time of 3:50.01 in the 1500m. 

2016: Earned honorable mention Pac 12 All-Academic honors… Placed third in the 5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge… Ran 3:53.91 in the 1500m and 1:59.98 in the 800m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

2015: Did not compete during the 2015 track & field season.

CROSS COUNTRY
2017: Competed in five meets for the Golden Bears in his senior season... Started his 2017 campaign with a 21st place finish at USF Invitational... Earned second-best finish of the season at Pac-12 championship, finishing in 54th (24:58.2).

2016: Competed in two meets for the Bears in 2016 … Finished 22nd at the Capital Cross Challenge … Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

2015: Ran in three meets during the season... Placed 30th at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 35:57.2 in the 8K competition... Took 58th in the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:23.3.

2014: Competed in one meet, the Pac-12 Championship as he took 69th place with a time of 25:36.5. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed seventh at the California state meet in the 1600-meters with a time of 4:11.42 ... His PR in the mile was set earlier in his senior year at the Azusa Distance Meet of Champions with a mark of 4:12.46.

PERSONAL: Graduated from Cal with a degree in Business Administration.
