2016: Did not compete during the 2016 track & field season … in the fall, was a key member of Cal’s cross country team that advanced to the 2016 NCAA Championships … finished 72nd at NCAA regionals and 199th at the national meet.
2014: Did not compete during the indoor season ... Made his collegiate debut on 3/22 at the Hornet Invite in Sacramento ... Set a new PR in the 3000-meters at the Big Meet in Berkeley on 4/12 with a time of 8:20.41 ... PR'ed in the mile at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge on 4/26 in Berkeley with a time of 4:18.71 ... Set a new lifetime best of 14:03.78 in the 5000-meters at the Payton Jordan Invite on 5/4 ... PR'ed in the 10000-meters at the Pac-12 Championships in Pullman, Washington with a time of 30:18.21.
