Biography

As a Senior at Virginia (2022):
  • Played in 19 games with 16 starts
  • Scored three goals with four assists for 10 points
  • Scored a goal off a penalty corner at Northwestern (9/11)
  • Scored two goals, including the game-winner, in the 3-0 victory against Syracuse (9/23)
  • Had assists in three-straight games against Liberty, North Carolina and Kent State
  • Had an assist in the ACC Championship match against North Carolina (11/4)
  • All-ACC Academic Team
  • ACC Academic Honor Roll


As a Junior at Virginia (Fall 2021):
  • Appeared in 15 games with six assists
  • Had the assist on back-to-back game-winning goals at Ohio State (9/19) and Wake Forest (9/24)
  • Also had an assist in the regular-season game against Maryland (10/07)
  • NFHCA National Academic Squad
  • ACC Academic Honor Roll


As a Sophomore at Virginia (Spring 2021)
  • Started all 18 games
  • Assisted on both goals in the 2-1 win over Wake Forest in the ACC Quarterfinals (11/5)
  • Had the assist on the game-tying goal that forced overtime against North Carolina (4/9)
  • NFHCA National Academic Squad


As a Freshman at Virginia (2019)
  • All-ACC Academic Team
  • Led the team with eight goals
  • Finished her freshman campaign with 17 points
  • Member of a backline defense that registered seven shutouts
  • Named the ACC Defensive Player of the week (Oct. 15).
  • Was also named the Synapse Sports NCAA Division I National Rookie of the Week (Oct. 15)
  • In addition to the game-winner against Miami, also scored game-winning goals against Yale and at Syracuse
  • Appeared in all 23 games with 22 starts
  • ACC Academic Honor Roll


High School/Club
  • Has been playing hockey since the age of six for Hockey Club HGC in the Netherlands, including spending the past two years playing for its A1 team
  • In 2017-18 in the Super A league, won the outdoor championship and finished in second place at nationals
  • Won an outdoor championship in 2013-14 in the top league with the C2 team after winning an indoor championship the year before with the D1 team
  • Also plays tennis
  • Spent two years volunteering at Meet and Move Camp, a sports camp for refugee children aged six to 12
