Fall 2024: A star in the classroom – he was named an Academic All-American and an Academic All-District Team member by the College Sports Communicators – and on the field, Brougher had a breakout season in his first full year as the starter in goal…played in all 18 games, starting 17 and ranking second at Cal in minutes played with 1,503…Brougher also ranked second in saves (61), third in save percentage (.735), fifth in shutouts (5), sixth in shutouts per game (.28) and ninth in goals-against average (1.32) in the 15-team ACC…one of his shutouts came during the regular season in Cal's 1-0 upset at then-No. 1 Pitt, with Brougher making a career-high seven saves to safeguard the victory…that earned Brougher the ACC Defensive Player of the Week award and a spot on the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week…he earned the Top Drawer Soccer achievement a second time after he made five saves in a 1-0 shutout at then-No. 2 Duke in the conference tournament quarterfinals.

Fall 2023: Posted a 0.69 goals-against average and a 2-1-0 record in three games/starts…he made two saves in a 1-0 blanking of Washington in Seattle, made three saves in 80 minutes of a 2-0 win at Pacific and made a pair of saves in a 1-0 setback to the Huskies in Berkeley…was named to the Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Fall 2022: Played in three games, starting two, and posted a goals-against average of 2.99...Brougher was impressive in a 1-0 loss to No. 1 Washington in Seattle...in the latter, Brougher made three saves and kept the Bears close in the tight result in Seattle...he also started a 5-1 loss to San Francisco and played less than six minutes in a 5-1 loss at No. 6 Stanford.
