As a Freshman (2008):
Earned Pac-10 All-Freshman team honors and saw action in all but one match
Set the all-time Cal single season record for hitting percentage (.387) as she registered 113 kills on 230 attacks with just 24 errors
Ranked third on the team in blocks (0.84 bps)
Set a career high in kills (15) and attacks (22) at USC Oct. 25
Posted a career high seven total blocks against Notre Dame on Sept. 13

One of Volleyball Magazine's Fab 50 high school players for 2007, Hawari also earned PrepVolleyball.com All-America honors for 2007-08 as a senior at Plano West High School in Plano, Texas
