Junior (2005-06): Recorded a lifetime-best 53.69-meter throw (176-01) and ninth-place finish in the discus at the Pac-10 Championships. Redshirted (2004-05).
Sophomore (2003-04): Finished fifth (169-03) at the Pac-10 Championships...finished ninth at the NCAA West Regional in the discus (169-01)...threw a season-best and team-best of 176-00 at the Triton Invitational...earned Pac-10 Field athlete of the Week honors.
Freshman (2002-03): Took 11th (164-06) in the discus at the Pac-10 Championships...had Cal's best discus and an NCAA regional and Pac-10 Championship qualifying mark (178-10) at the UCSD Invite...posted Cal's best finish with a second-place showing (176-9) at the Big Meet.
High School: A 2002 graduate of Marin Catholic High school...set North Coast Section and high school's record in the discus (194-7)...named Most Valuable athlete in 2002 and earned Most Outstanding athlete honors in 1999-2001...member of school's National Honor Society and was on the Dean's List throughout high school...earned the Bank of America Plaque for Fine Arts.
