Cross Country: Last fall for the Bears, the San Jose State transfer ran a 18:44.40 to take 11th at the USF Invitational...was 57th (22:29.13) at the Pac-10 Championships.

San Jose State (2005): Competed for Spartans' cross country team...named Academic All-WAC and a San Jose State Scholar-Athlete.

High School: A 2004 graduate of Prospect High School in Saratoga, Calif....lettered in cross country and track and field at Prospect High School in Saratoga, Calif...three-time all-league selection in cross country and a two-time all-league selection in track and field.

Personal: Born in Glendale, Calif...mother is Kim Long...triple major in sociology, social welfare and psychology.
