2015: Made his Cal debut during the indoor season at the MPSF Championships in Seattle in the 200-meters (23.21) and 400-meters (50.18) ... Made his outdor debut at the Cal Outdoor Opener and set a new PR in the 200-meters (22.67) and placed eighth in the 400-meters (48.55) ... Helped the 4x400-meter relay to a second place finish (3:14.32) at the Big Meet at Stanford, where he also finished third in the 400-meters (49.09) ... Won the 400-meters at the Sacramento State Open in 48.56 ... Placed 13th in the prelims of the Pac-12 Championships in Los Angeles in the 400-meters (48.95). 

2014: Competed for the Vermont Catamounts ... (Indoor) Ran a time of 1:05.55 in the 500-meters at the America East Championships and took eighth overall ... Also placed fourth in the 4x400 relay with a mark of 3:20.71 ... Finished 11th in the 4x400 at the New England Championships in 3:19.90 ... Ran his fastest 500-meters time of 1:05.45 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational ... Finished second in the 500-meters at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic in 1:07.48 ... (Outdoor) Ran a season-best time of 49.32 in the 400-meters at the America East Championships and finished fifth overall ... Also placed fourth in the 4x400 relay with a mark of 3:19.27 ... Took 13th in the 400-meters at the New England Championships in 49.71 and was also 13th in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:18.67 ... Earned third place in the 400-meters at the Princeton Quad Meet with a mark of 50.20.

2013: (Indoor) Finished seventh in the 500-meters at the America East Championships with a time of 1:06.72 ... Also placed fifth in the 4x400 relay with a mark of 3:23.73 ... Took 10th in the 500-meters at the New England Championships with a season-best time of 1:05.32 ... Also helped the 4x400 team run a time of 3:20.01 for 14th ... Won the 500-meters in his collegiate debut vs. Middlebury with a time of 1:08.99 ... (Outdoor) Placed third overall in the 400-meters at the America East Championships with a season-best time of 48.47 seconds for All-Conference honors ... Ran a time of 48.94 in the 400-meters at the IC4A Championships for 28th place ... Won the 400-meters at the Catamount Invitational and Wolfie Invitational in his first two events of the season ... Earned second in the 400-meters at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet.
