Cheng will swim the 200m free and will likely be on the 400m medley relay for Hong Kong this summer. She originally came to Cal as a walk-on and grew into a team co-captain and a member of Cal’s 800y free relay that won the NCAA title in 2015, her senior year. In addition, Cheng won the B final of the 200y free relay in a PR 1:42.82 at the national meet. A psychology major at Cal, she was a multi-time Scholar All-American and Pac-12 All-Academic choice.

Wednesday, Aug. 10 - 100-meter freestyle prelims - 54.92 (24th)
