Biography
Cal Success:
- Wrapped up his Cal career as a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention selection in 2016-17. Compiled a 3.03 GPA in Interdisciplinary Studies.
- Posted top times of the 2016-17 season in the 50 free (20.49), 100 free (44.09) and 100 breast at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Ranked ninth on the team in 2017 in both the 50 and 100 free. Was also 10th on the squad in the 100 breast and 100 fly.
- Contributed for the Bears in the sprint freestyle events in 2015-16, clocking the team's seventh-fastest time in the 100 and eighth-fastest in the 50.
- Competed for the Bears in the freestyle events throughout the 2014-15 season.
High School Success:
- 5 time Iowa State High School Champion.
- 5 time All-American.
- Iowa High School Swimming Athlete of the year for 2012 and 2013.
