• Earned his first start at Washington after a huge game off the bench vs. Oregon State when he registered a career-high four tackles, an 11-yard sack to tie a career-high for which was also the longest sack and tackle for loss of his career and took the Beavers out of field goal range, the lone forced fumble of his career at the Cal one-yardline to keep Oregon State out of the end zone just before halftime as well as his lone career pass breakup
• Also registered three tackles vs. Portland State, two along with 0.5 tackles for loss (-2 yards) at Oregon, and one stop each vs. Ohio State, vs. Washington State on a five-yard sack to tie a career high for sacks and tackles for loss, at Washington, vs. Arizona, vs. USC along with his his first of two career quarterback hurries, and at Stanford also with 0.5 tackles for loss (-1 yard)

• Played in four consecutive games off the bench but did not record any stats other than participation, seeing action vs. UCLA, at Washington State, vs. Stanford and at Utah

• Paced his squad in tackles, sacks and fumble recoveries in both his 2009 junior and 2010 senior campaigns when he picked up All-Sac-Joaquin Section and All-Delta Valley League honors each season
• Added All-Area recognition as a senior when he posted 128 tackles, 21.0 sacks, five fumble recoveries and one forced fumble for a squad that finished 13-1 overall and 5-0 in the Delta Valley League to win a conference title
• Big senior season followed a junior campaign in which he had 100 tackles, 20.0 sacks, three forced fumbles and all four of the team's blocked punts when his squad was 12-1 and again was unbeaten in the conference at 6-0 to win the DVL
• Contributed 17 tackles as a 2008 sophomore for an unbeaten 14-0 state championship squad that was 5-0 in the league to claim another DVL crown
